Five Star Customer Service. I was looking for a lovely gift hamper to send to a client and came across Coastal Hampers on Facebook. I viewed their hampers and was impressed with their presentation and selection. I submitted my purchase and was able to ask for a special message to be included. Being local to the Sunshine Coast, Christine the owner contacted me immediately and asked if I would like it delivered that same day.

She made the delivery and also contacted the recipient the next day to ensure she received it and was delighted with it. What a fantastic personalised service. Christine even kept me up to date with notification of its delivery. I would thoroughly recommend this local business to other Sunshine Coast locals looking for excellent customer service.         Kylie

I'd just like to thank you for making my job so easy. I had to organise 10 gifts for staff at the last minute and you were just a phone call away. All gifts were individual and beautifully presented and arrived the next morning and placed under the tree in the reception area. Looked amazing !!
