Delivery Information

Coastal Hampers is a boutique hamper and gift business on the Sunshine Coast delivering along our beautiful Noosa to Caloundra’s coastline. For all other inland areas please contact us for alternative delivery arrangements to your door at

  • We deliver between Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 7.00pm and Saturday from 10.00am to 1.00pm. Please indicate a preferred time of delivery, either am or pm if you know the recipient will be available.
  • However, we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery.  If you have a special request and require delivery outside these hours please let us know and we can make alternative arrangements for you. This may result in added delivery fees.
  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Public Holidays unless specific arrangements have been made.  This may result in additional delivery fees.
  • We are not able to deliver to Post Office Boxes, however we can deliver to the recipients place of work which will avoid the hamper being left unattended.
  • Delivery fee is a flat rate of $15.00 (incl GST) across the Sunshine Coast unless a promotion of free delivery is offered.
  • A special delivery fee will apply to multiple orders when delivered to the same address      eg:  Corporate Hampers or Special Events and Functions
  • Next day delivery is available when we have received online orders by 1.00pm the previous day except on Saturday as we do not deliver on Sundays unless there is a particular exception previously arranged and extra delivery fees may apply.   
  • Coastal Hampers do offer next day delivery, however should circumstances beyond our control prevent delivery on time the purchaser will be notified as soon as possible and alternative arrangements made to resolve any delivery issues.
  • If possible, please indicate a phone number for the recipient and the driver may be able to contact them to let them know a parcel is on its way to them.    
  • If a parcel has an incorrect address, and our couriers are unable to call the recipient to verify, the Hamper will be returned to us. The purchaser will be informed by email or phone and an applicable re-delivery fee will be passed on to facilitate the delivery of the Hamper to an alternative address.
  • Hampers cannot be redirected whilst in transit unless special agreement is given by Coastal Hampers and courier is able to be contact by mobile phone. This may result in added delivery fees.
  • If unable to reach the purchaser and delivery is unable to be made Coastal Hampers will cancel the order and refund by the same payment method and an email advice will be sent to the purchaser.
  • As our hampers contain Fragile products that need to be Handled with Care and food items that will be altered by heat we will deliver in a temperature controlled packaging that will need to be left in a safe place out of direct sunlight.  Please take this into consideration when delivering to a residential address.  By ordering Coastal Hampers for delivery, you are acknowledging our authority to leave.
  • Please be aware that once we have received your order online, we are unable to make changes unless you contact us immediately and we will assist as best we can.
  • In the event that your hamper or its contents arrive damaged or faulty, we will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit depending on the extent of the damage.  However, we will require advice within 24hours and photos so we can understand the extent of the damage and issues with the product.
  • If it is necessary for the product to be sent back to us due to damage or being faulty, we will either arrange for pick up and replacement or refund the cost of delivery.
  • Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.
  • If a Hamper has been misplaced or cannot be found at the delivery address by the recipient and the courier can provide evidence of delivery, Coastal Hampers are not able to issue a refund or replacement but will endeavour to assist in locating the Hamper.
  • If the location is considered to be unsafe to leave a Hamper by the courier, the purchaser will be contacted as soon as possible and alternative arrangements made.  This may result in added delivery fees.
  • If a delivery address is not completed correctly by the purchaser on the order we cannot offer a refund or replacement it has been accepted.
