Yes, if you would like an alternative item that we stock, please email us at hello@coastalhampers.com.au stating the hamper you would like to order, the product you would like to swap out and the product you would like to swap in. We will then confirm this change and any price variances

Can I add a message with my hamper?
Yes, you can add a personal message when ordering and this will be printed on a matching gift card which is included with the hamper.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia wide.
Delivery to local Sunshine Coast areas via Aramex or personal service and we use Express Australia Post for all other areas.
Do you do same day delivery
If a driver is available Yes, if you order before 10.00am we can deliver the same day if time permits. However, if you have an urgent request please email hello@coastalhampers.com.au or phone on 0499 944 816

Can I have the hamper left if the recipient isn’t at home
Yes, hampers are delivered to a residential or business address. If there isn't available to receive it the hamper will be left in a safe place and notification sent

Can I choose what day I want the hamper delivered
Yes, we welcome pre-ordering of your gift hamper and you can select the day in which you would like the hamper delivered.
Can I have hampers delivered to multiple addresses
Each order is shipped to one address. For multiple gifts to different addresses, please complete a separate transaction for each gift box or contact us and we can assist.

Which payment methods do you accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express using Pay Pal. Direct debit payments need to cleared before the order will be dispatched.

Do you offer better pricing for bulk orders
We do offer better rates for bulk orders of 10 or more hampers when delivered to the same address. Please email us at hello@coastalhampers.com.au for more information regarding multiple orders.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once your order has been accepted by Coastal Hampers, we are unable to make changes unless contacted by phone within 1 hour of ordering and so long item has not been dispatched already.
If you no longer wish to send your gift, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee cancellation without charges once it is already in production. Any order requesting cancellation before dispatch will incur a $5.00-$10.00 cancellation fee to offset transaction fees associated with the platform.
