Can I change or swap any items when I order a hamper?
Yes, if you would like an alternative item that we stock, please email us at email@example.com stating the hamper you would like to order, the product you would like to swap out and the product you would like to swap in. We will then confirm this change and any price variances
Can I add a message with my hamper?
Absolutely, upon checkout you will be given the opportunity to add
a message for each hamper you order
Do you provide business/corporate Hampers?
Yes, Please email or call us with your requirements and we
will be happy to customise a hamper for you and provide a quote
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we only offer delivery on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland but
we will be delivering to all Queensland areas in the near future
Do you do same day delivery
We only offer next day delivery to Sunshine Coast addresses for orders placed by 1pm the previous day. However, if you have an urgent request please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone on 0432 199 739
and we will be happy to assist
Can I have the hamper left if the recipient isn’t at home
Yes, upon checkout you will be given the option to have the hamper left in a safe location if there isn't anyone at home
Can I pick up the hamper rather than having it delivered
Unfortunately, at this stage we are only offering delivery options.
We can deliver to you if preferred or worried about hamper being left unattended
Can I choose what day I want the hamper delivered
Yes, you can purchase and select the day in which you would like the hamper delivered. We welcome hampers pre-ordered to manage our stock levels.
Can I have hampers delivered to multiple addresses
Yes, you can order multiple hampers to multiple addresses in the same order. Upon checkout you will be able to specify which hampers you would like delivered to which addresses.
Which payment methods do you accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express using Pay Pal. Direct debit payments need to cleared before the order will be dispatched.
Do you offer better pricing for bulk orders
We do offer better rates for bulk orders of 10 or more hampers. Please email us at email@example.com for more information regarding multiple orders.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Prior to dispatch, you are welcome to cancel or change your order by calling

What do I do if my hamper arrives damaged, incorrect or
missing an item(s)
If you receive a hamper with any of these aforementioned problems, please contact us straight away on 0432 199 739 or
