Welcome to This website is used for the sale of hampers and gift boxes online.   Any third-party links that appear on this website are not covered under these terms and conditions. Other sites will have their own terms and conditions and we recommend you review them.  

The website is operated by Coastal Hampers (ABN 6177 561 1404). Access to and use of the website, or any of its associated products or services, is provided by Coastal Hampers. By using, browsing and/or reading the website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the website.
Coastal Hampers reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at our own discretion. When Coastal Hampers updates the Terms, it will be posted on our Website.  These terms and conditions are also applicable to phone or email orders.
You accept these Terms by remaining on the website. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you by Coastal Hampers on the website.
Once you have placed an order with Coastal Hampers either by phone or on-line you have entered an agreement to purchase goods. This offer is only accepted by Coastal Hampers once the goods are dispatched.

Amendments to your Purchase

You may make changes to your order (e.g. change the hamper or address for delivery) by contacting Coastal Hampers immediately after ordering unless the item has already been dispatched. If there is a variation in cost you will be required to pay the difference.  
Unfortunately once the hamper/gift box has been dispatched we cannot change the order.   If the delivery address is incorrect the hamper will have to be returned to us before we are able to send it out for redelivery to a new address. You will be responsible for any extra shipping costs that arise in these situations. (See Delivery Policy)

Amendments to order by Coastal Hampers

Due to delays in receiving products we may find a particular item is unavailable. We therefore, reserve the right to replace this item with a similar product of equal or greater value.  We will either contact you by email or phone to advise.  Any returns of the hamper for this reason will not be accepted.
Coastal Hampers also reserves the right to cancel an order or account at any time by our own discretion. A refund will be issued  and a notification by email will be sent.  Coastal Hampers will not be responsible for any loss or damage as result of these actions.

Hamper Inclusions

Most of our Hampers shown on our website are photographed using extra props including flowers, shells, wine glasses, boards, display bowls etc.  If these items in the photograph are not listed in the product description they are not included in the Hamper.
All images and product descriptions on the Coastal Hampers website are copyrighted and may not be used by any person, for any use, without the written permission of Coastal Hampers.


Coastal Hampers supports the responsible service of alcohol.  Under the liquor act of 1992 it is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.  By  purchasing  hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years.


Returns / Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order or change the details, please get in touch with us immediately by phoning Coastal Hampers on 0432 199 739 or emailing   If the order has not been dispatched we are more than happy to assist with your request.
Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to
change any details or cancel the order. 
Errors when ordering
Coastal Hampers do not accept any responsibility for any errors made when ordering online.  This includes the particular Hamper you have selected, delivery and recipient details, personal card messages or any other information provided.  We can however, alter any details prior to dispatch if you contact us immediately.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for hampers that have been delivered as described
and without damage or fault on a change of mind basis. 
Faulty or Incorrect
If the hamper or any item within the hamper is faulty, out of date, incorrect or broken, please advise us be emailing within 24 hours of the hamper being delivered.  We will require photos to confirm the damage.  Once received and
can confirm the details we are happy to replace or offer a credit depending
on the damage.   If a refund or credit is required it will be credited back to the method originally purchased with.  If the item is to be returned to us as it is deemed faulty, we will refund you the cost of shipping. We will not be able to provide a refund, replacement or credit if we have been notified after 48 hours.
Returns to Us
If the recipient isn’t home on the delivery day, or the address given is incorrect and we are not able to leave in a safe place, a re-delivery fee will be charged.  We will contact you by phone or email to make further arrangements or the item will be returned to us.  (see Delivery Policy)
Refund Policy
Once the hamper has been given to the courier, we will not be held liable for late
delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment. Refunds will not be given for
late delivery outside our delivery guidelines. 
It is the responsibility of the recipient to notify Coastal Hampers that the item has not been delivered.  Once notification has been received we will investigate to ensure the gift is delivered and received.


Coastal Hampers are in the business of giving, sharing and creating an ongoing happy relationship with our clients.  However, if you are not satisfied with how we have helped you we would certainly like to know about it and resolve any issues.  Please email us directly on and we will contact you as soon as possible.  If you have any concerns in relation to your privacy or delivery options please refer to those sections of our policies.

Coastal Hampers (ABN 6177 561 1404) (Coastal Hampers or our or we) is in the business of gourmet food, wine, pamper and baby gift baskets and hampers for consumers, businesses and events and associated goods and/or services.  This Policy governs how Coastal Hampers will deal with your personal information collected in connection with the Services.  This Policy also applies to Personal Information collected by Coastal Hampers in connection with its website, social media accounts, applications, software and online platforms,  as well as in connection with any direct communication between you and Coastal Hampers. By continuing to use the Online Platforms and the Services, you consent to Coastal Hampers using your Personal Information in accordance with this policy.  Coastal Hampers uses third parties located locally in addition to its own resources to provide these Services


We understand that when accessing our Services, the privacy and confidentiality of Personal Information (as defined under the Privacy Act) is important to you. That’s why we fully respect your rights to privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and financial details you provide us in line with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to our Services and all individuals who use our Services or whose Personal Information is processed by Coastal Hampers.

We may hold your Personal Information in either electronic or hard copy form.
  • If you provide information to us electronically we retain this information in our computer systems and databases. 
  • If you provide information to us in hard copy (paper) this information is normally retained in our files and a copy is made to our electronic files.
  • We use industry standard security measures to safeguard and protect your information.We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties and service providers located overseas in connection with any purpose, including to overseas cloud computing hosts.
  • We take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipients of your Personal Information do not breach the privacy obligations relating to your Personal Information.

In the event that you decide that you no longer want us to hold your Personal Information, you may notify us in writing of your desire for us to delete your Personal Information on record. We will use our best endeavours and comply with all legal requirements within a reasonable timeframe to delete your Personal Information, unless we are required by law to retain such information.
Links from our Online Platforms or via our Services to third party services that we do not operate or control are provided for your convenience.
  • We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of services that are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
  • Third party services should have their own privacy and security policies which we encourage you to read before supplying any Personal Information to them.

  • If we have a dispute regarding an individual’s Personal Information, we both must first attempt to resolve the issue directly between us.
  • If we become aware of any unauthorised access to an individual’s Personal Information we will inform them at the earliest practical opportunity once we have established what was accessed and how it was accessed.

  • accessing our Online Platforms or receiving our Services from within the European Union,
  • then in addition to our obligations under the Privacy Act, Coastal Hampers is required to comply with the GDPR with respect to your Personal Information.
  • Any reference to Personal Information in this Privacy Policy is also a reference to Personal Data (as defined under the GDPR).
  • Coastal Hampers takes the security and privacy of your Personal Information seriously and has prepared this privacy policy and taken measures to collect, process and hold all Personal Information in compliance with both the Privacy Act and GDPR regardless of the user. Therefore, no additional terms for GDPR users are required.
