Welcome to www.coastalhampers.com.au. This website is used for the sale of hampers and gift boxes online.   Any third-party links that appear on this website are not covered under these terms and conditions. Other sites will have their own terms and conditions and we recommend you review them.  

The website is operated by Coastal Hampers (ABN 98 210 515 355). Access to and use of the website, or any of its associated products or services, is provided by Coastal Hampers. By using, browsing and/or reading the website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of coastalhampers.com.au the website.
Coastal Hampers reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at our own discretion. When Coastal Hampers updates the Terms, it will be posted on our Website.  These terms and conditions are also applicable to phone or email orders.
You accept these Terms by remaining on the website. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you by Coastal Hampers on the website.
Once you have placed an order with Coastal Hampers either by phone or on-line you have entered an agreement to purchase goods. This offer is only accepted by Coastal Hampers once the goods are dispatched.

Amendments to your Purchase

You may make changes to your order (e.g. change the hamper or address for delivery) by contacting Coastal Hampers immediately after ordering unless the item has already been dispatched. If there is a variation in cost you will be required to pay the difference.  
Unfortunately once the hamper/gift box has been dispatched we cannot change the order.   If the delivery address is incorrect the hamper will have to be returned to us before we are able to send it out for redelivery to a new address. You will be responsible for any extra shipping costs that arise in these situations. (See Delivery Policy)

Amendments to order by Coastal Hampers

Due to delays in receiving products we may find a particular item is unavailable. We therefore, reserve the right to replace this item with a similar product of equal or greater value.  We will either contact you by email or phone to advise.  Any returns of the hamper for this reason will not be accepted.
Coastal Hampers also reserves the right to cancel an order or account at any time by our own discretion. A refund will be issued and a notification by email will be sent.  Coastal Hampers will not be responsible for any loss or damage as result of these actions.

Hamper Inclusions

Most of our Hampers shown on our website are photographed using extra props including flowers, shells, wine glasses, boards, display bowls etc.  If these items in the photograph are not listed in the product description they are not included in the Hamper.
All images and product descriptions on the Coastal Hampers website are copyrighted and may not be used by any person, for any use, without the written permission of Coastal Hampers.

Alcohol

Coastal Hampers supports the responsible service of alcohol.  Under the liquor act of 1992 it is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.  By  purchasing  hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years.

Returns / Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order or change the details, please get in touch with us immediately by phoning Coastal Hampers on 0499 944 816 or emailing hello@coastalhampers.com.au   If the order has not been dispatched we are more than happy to assist with your request.
Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, we will not be able to
change any details or cancel the order. 
Errors when ordering
Coastal Hampers do not accept any responsibility for any errors made when ordering online.  This includes the particular Hamper you have selected, delivery and recipient details, personal card messages or any other information provided.  We can however, alter any details prior to dispatch if you contact us immediately.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for hampers that have been delivered as described
and without damage or fault on a change of mind basis. 
Faulty or Incorrect
If the hamper or any item within the hamper is faulty, out of date, incorrect or broken, please advise us be emailing within 24 hours of the hamper being delivered.  We will require photos to confirm the damage.  Once received and
can confirm the details we are happy to replace or offer a credit depending
on the damage.   If a refund or credit is required it will be credited back to the method originally purchased with.  If the item is to be returned to us as it is deemed faulty, we will refund you the cost of shipping. We will not be able to provide a refund, replacement or credit if we have been notified after 48 hours.
Returns to Us
If the recipient isn’t home on the delivery day, or the address given is incorrect and we are not able to leave in a safe place, a re-delivery fee will be charged.  We will contact you by phone or email to make further arrangements or the item will be returned to us.  (see Delivery Policy)
Refund Policy
Once the hamper has been given to the courier, we will not be held liable for late
delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment. Refunds will not be given for
late delivery outside our delivery guidelines. 
It is the responsibility of the recipient to notify Coastal Hampers that the item has not been delivered.  Once notification has been received we will investigate to ensure the gift is delivered and received.

Coastal Hampers are in the business of giving, sharing and creating an ongoing happy relationship with our clients.  However, if you are not satisfied with how we have helped you we would certainly like to know about it and resolve any issues.  Please email us directly on hello@coastalhampers.com.au and we will contact you as soon as possible.  If you have any concerns in relation to your privacy or delivery options please refer to those sections of our policies.
